• Check condenser coil for proper air flow
• Check outside condenser for proper conditions
• Check and thoroughly clean drains
• Check and adjust float switch
• Test compressor operation, amperage and power draw
• Check electrical components for issues
• Check and tighten connections
• Check amperage and voltage on motors
• Check starting capabilities
• Lubricate bearing and oil motor (if needed)
• Check fans and condenser outside
• Inspect safety devices for operation
• Check filters to be cleaned or replaced  (homeowner supply)
• Inspect evaporator coil inside (if accessible)
• Check temperature differential
• Check visible and accessible duct work
• Check thermostat calibration and recommend changing batteries

• Deodorize the air handler
• Check for visible leaks around the air handler and plenum
